This year there there will be an oral session where you will present your poster in one minute, using two slides. The first slide should contain the title of the work and the author’s names and affiliations. The second slide includes a clear and concise description that allows you to explain in one minute the goal of the work presented in the paper and the results achieved. This session will be held on Thursday, October 26^th, from 11:50h to 13: 00h.

To speed up the sequence of presentations, the slides of all presentations will be available at the desktop of the session’s room computer. For this reason it is mandatory that you send to isabel.aguilo@uib.es and alberto.ortiz@uib.es the slides of your presentation before October 20th. 

The poster session will be held the same day, October 26^th, from 15:50h to 16: 50h. You should hang your poster on the morning of the 20^th and remove it at the end of the day. The poster size should be no larger than A0 size (1189 x 841 mm approx.), and it must be hung vertically. A member of the Local Committee will provide material and help you with any problem that may arise. 

The posters area will coincide with the coffee-break area, so that posters may be discussed during the coffee-breaks throughout the day. 

Poster Design

• The poster content must be limited to one page only, not larger than A0 size (1189 x 841 mm), portrait layout.
• The poster must combines text and graphics to make a visually pleasing presentation. The goal is to quickly and efficiently communicate your research project to viewers that will be walking by.
